Another downside was the lack of a daily room service for fresh towels and amenities. Also, the corners of the restroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. A better breakfast selection and improved maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

The room was okay but had a really bad shower head that hurt when using. We only got one towel per day, no washcloths, and the room wasn’t cleaned at all during our five-day stay. It felt like they just didn’t pay attention to basic needs. Plus, the bed had just a sheet and no blanket, which was super strange. Not impressed with the shower issues, especially when the facilities seemed to need better checks before using. Disappointing for a Best Western standard!

You know what really caught me off guard? The folks at the front desk were unbelievable. I mean, Ms. Charity went out of her way to help my husband when he needed a sim card and food ordering, excellent stuff, really.

Had a great stay with friends! We explored the Paseo Baseball Stadium and enjoyed the beaches. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for a stopover. Renting a car is cheaper than taxis. Wi-Fi was reliable, and breakfast was decent. Definitely a good choice for budget travelers.

We had issues with the elevator as it wasn't working, which made it challenging to carry our bags up the stairs. It would have helped to have better assistance during check-in as well.
